Take part in Virgin Media’s eggcellent Easter egg hunt this year and win some fantastic prizes
Nothing compared to the eggcitement of Easter egg hunts – they were the highlight of everyone’s Easter period when we were kids. Adulthood has sadly snatched that away, but Virgin Media has done its best to bring it back for us, albeit in a slightly different form. The company is currently running a virtual Easter egg hunt for its customers, with some top prizes up for grabs for the winners.
A number of eggs have been hidden across the company’s various devices and services (mobile phones, TiVo, the Virgin Media website and V+ box), each with a unique code. All you have to do is find ten eggs, each bearing its unique code, and then enter those ten codes on the Virgin website. You don’t have to do them all at once – enter a few at a time and come back. The company will keep track of what’s going on with your entry and automatically enter you into the prize draw once you’ve got ten codes.
The winner will receive a Virgin Triple XL bundle free for a year – this includes super-fast 30Mb broadband, phone and a 1TB TiVo box. The second prize is two free return flights to New York, courtesy of Virgin Atlantic, while there are five runner-up prizes, including tickets to this year’s V Festival (featuring The Stone Roses, The Killers and Tinie Tempah) and three months free Spotify Premium. The competition closes at 6am on Monday 16th April, so get hunting now!
